These terms apply when you use the Tripnetic web beta, operated by Forgelab Sdn Bhd.
Using the beta
Tripnetic is provided as a beta for travel planning and feedback. Features may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. You may use the app to organize your own trips and expenses, and you agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
Your trip information
You are responsible for the information you enter and for having permission to enter traveller names or other details about someone else. Trip data is stored in the browser on your device during this beta; there is no account recovery or automatic sync between devices. Clearing browser site data or losing access to the device may permanently remove your saved information. See our Privacy Notice.
Planning information
Leave suggestions, public holiday information, budgets, expense totals, currency conversions, and settlement calculations are planning aids. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not bookings, payments, financial advice, or a guarantee of travel availability or cost. Check dates with official sources and verify prices, exchange rates, and arrangements before relying on them. Tripnetic does not book travel or transfer money.
Maps and other services
Some map images are supplied by OpenStreetMap. Use of that service is subject to its owntile usage policy and privacy policy. Third-party services are not operated by Forgelab Sdn Bhd.
Ownership
Tripnetic's software, branding, and site content belong to Forgelab Sdn Bhd or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of your trip information to Forgelab Sdn Bhd.
Availability and liability
The beta is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forgelab Sdn Bhd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
